EFT / Tapping is a wonderful way to heal and regulate the nervous system, opening space for greater possibility and expansion in our lives. EFT can be used to help heal and shift subconscious beliefs, unresolved feelings or experiences, physical discomfort and so much more. It is really so versatile that I think of its currency as liquid gold - and you will absolutely start see it’s value when you begin doing sessions with me. Sometimes when I use EFT, it feels like magic! (though of course, it’s not). I can’t wait to share it with you.

What is EFT?/

• EFT is a gentle, somatic healing tool used to discharge emotions, beliefs and memories
• It involves gently tapping on a series of meridian points on the body while working with the practitioner
• During our session, we work to validate, discharge and essentially rewire the nervous system
• Regulating the amygdala + fight / flight / freezer response
• Introduces new, neutral or positive beliefs

Still Have Questions?
What is EFT + Why Does it Work? (Video)
Please reach out to me with questions :)

Is EFT safe for me?
Yes, EFT is really safe and typically quite gentle, though it can bring up strong emotions - most people feel a sense of emotional relief, expansion or peace after a session. If you have a mental health diagnosis or are working through severely traumatic experiences, it’s recommended that you have a traditional therapist and/or other professional support in place, so that EFT/the practitioner is not your primary support in these experiences.

Can I just do EFT on myself?
Yes. EFT is a self healing tool, however it can be really helpful to be guided by a trained practitioner. That way, you can fully relax into the session without having to think through what to say or do (this can be overwhelming). I found personally that doing EFT with a practitioner allowed me to go deeper in the session and find benefits that I was not finding on my own. It also allows us to drill down and get specific, whereas any tapping scripts / videos that you might find online can be helpful to a point but are limited in what they offer.

What will I get out of a session?
People tend to experience a sense of peace, calm, relief and/or expansion. Especially when a long standing issue resolves or a thought pattern shifts, even just for a moment, it can give a sense of deep calm to the nervous system and a sense of expanded possibility. This is neuroplasticity at work! Sometimes it’s hard to describe the shift that happens, you just have to experience it for yourself :)

While it’s important to remember that issues can be complex with many related components, your perspective may shift, or your nervous system has taken a step toward a place of calm around the issue. Often, an issue or memory may feel less “charged.” Sometimes an issue clears completely, or is one step closer to healing. We are human so things will continue to come up - the goal is not necessarily to be “completely” healed, but to experience positive change.
