A perfect workshop (virtual) for both emerging and experienced songwriters. We’ll focus on daily writing during the time we're together, as well as somatic healing related to the creative process and self expression. each session I will share about EFT (tapping) and lead us through a live session together.

what is EFT? EFT is a somatic healing practice using language and the body (by tapping on meridian points that I guide you through) to resolve and release emotions, thoughts, sensations, beliefs, memories or whatever is arising in the moment. it's a beautiful and expanding practice that brings a sense of expansion and new possibility - I have been loving working wit EFT, am certified in level I/II and working through my advanced certification (more on EFT)
